* Added French translations for tool-group titles and Add-Page options.
* `PTTabbedDocumentViewController` tabs are only opened when they are selected.
* Added support for setting a leading indicator-view for annotation cells in the `PTAnnotationViewController` annotation list.
* Added support for setting a leading indicator-view for bookmark cells in the `PTBookmarkViewController` bookmark list.
* An activity indicator (spinner) is now shown while redactions are being applied to the document.

* Fixed an issue where the free text annotations would become invisible after rotation.
* Fixed an issue causing ink strokes to disappear when writing with an Apple Pencil.
* Fixed an issue with the keyboard dismissing when tapping between form fields.
* Fixed an issue where the smart pen primary tool (freehand ink) was using the most recently used pen colour.
* Fixed an issue for sticky note icons moving slightly when selected on rotated pages.
