This is a maintenance release.

## New

* It is now possible to pan and zoom while using the `PTPencilDrawingCreate` tool.

## Bug fixes

* No longer displays an erroneous "Bad license key" warning message in the console on startup.
* Fixes an issue where the tap-and-drag zoom scale gesture could be accidentally triggered with the Apple Pencil.
* Fixes an issue where the saved "My Signature" legacy signature from earlier versions of the SDK would not be retained in the new saved signatures list, and new signatures could not be created when the tool was activated from the toolbar.
