Class: BoxControlHandle

Annotations. BoxControlHandle

A control handle based on the bounding box of the annotation used for resizing.

Creates a new box control handle

`verticalAlignment`	number	the vertical position of the handle

draw(ctx, annotation, selectionBox, zoom)

Draws the control handle's appearance on the provided canvas context
