Apryse license expired or AMS expired

If you see an error message like:

Your AMS expired on [expiration date].

To upgrade to this version of PDFNet SDK, please renew your AMS subscription.

It means that your license is out of date and you cannot use a newer version of the Apryse SDK.

It might be the case that your Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS) is in fact up to date, and an updated AMS key was already sent to your company. You, or one or more of your colleagues (for example, whomever is responsible for license procurement), would have received an email containing the updated AMS key.

In case you cannot find an updated license key, or your AMS has actually expired, please contact sales@apryse.com to renew your license.
